Macallan 1926 is the oldest and most expensive whiskey of Macallan’s “Fine and Rare” collection. It was distilled in 1926 in the No.263 oak barrel. It bottled at 42.6%.concentration in 1986
There are only 40 bottles that were produced in the worldwide.
This whiskey is known as the blending of rare mature single malt but it still has to keep high quality.
Macallan 1926 has color naturally from old oak barrels. It has the aroma of nuts, raisins, dried prunes, spices from cloves and toffee Melaka. Moreover, Macallan 1926 has the light tasting of Fuerte wood, soft sweetness of toffee, and nutty flavor. Finally is the after taste of wood, black molasses, and toffee.
Macallan 1926 was recognized as the rarest whiskey of Macallan, and it is very difficult to own it.
