300.3 YAMAZAKI 2005 (50 YEARS)

Yamazaki 2005 (50 years) reveals the unique characteristic of the number one malt whisky. It is developed for a long time. There are many different flavors so being appreciated by the connoisseurs all over the world.

Inspiring by traditional Scottish whiskey, Mr.Suntory Shinjiro Torii has chosen the land and climate quite differnce than the Scottish. He was produced a unique whiskey in Japan. In 2011, Yamazaki was bottled the last 150 bottles. At the auction in Hong Kong in 2017, Yamazaki 50 years (2011) reached a new record and became a bottle of Japanese whiskey which is the highest price in the history, with cost $ 299,000. At the present, many whisky collectors are still looking for the 2005 Yamazaki bottle cost $ 400,000 but they have not bought yet.

Nowaday, Yamazaki is not only the number one malt whiskey in Japan, but also a favorite drink in more than 25 countries.
