Linkwood 1953 was distilled in sherry hoghshead cask 2779 in 1953. After 61 years for matured, this whisky was chosen to bottle by Rosemary Rankin- the retired Director and his son, Stephen Rankin – GM Sales Director in UK.
This is the oldest whisky that was released and limited only 55 bottles with 49.4 % Abv in the world.
Linkwood 63 years old with the fragrance of classic sherry, damsons Turkey raisins and almonds. Rich flavor of dark chocolate & coffee in palate combined with plums, apricot kernels and strawberry orange, mixed with almond pie.
This whisky is presented in crystal decanter with silver stopper and numbered indivudually.
