Rare Old MacPhail’s Single Malt Scotch Whisky – 30 years
MacPhail’s single malt is distilled to G&M’s order and then matured in their own casks either at its place of birth or in the warehouse in Elgin. After spending 30 years maturing, it was specially selected & bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in the City and Royal Burgh of Elgin.
Tasting Note
▪️Colour: Gold.
▪️Nose: Ripe fruit aromas – melons and grapes. A smoky phenolic edge mixes with a rich, oiled wood aroma.
▪️Palate: Smoky with hints of cloves. The rich, fruity notes slowly build up – Sherry wood.
