This rare 1789 Cognac is a distinct bottle for anyone who truly knows their brandy history. This is a colourless spirit with approximately 70 percent or more alcohol. Then mature in barrels made of oak from the forests of the Limousin or Tronçais and then has been generally diluted up to 40 per cent alcohol with purely and distilled water.
