Old whiskey has long been rare and hard to find and any existence will become a jewel. The 1862 version, created a great surprise for all collectors around the world when it appeared. However, records are made to be broken, and the arrival of the new Glenavon whiskey version is proof of that. This super rare bottle has surprised collectors and prestigious wine brands around the world when they have never seen it before.

Not much is known about the Glenavon Distillery, except that it began operations in 1851, was licensed in 1852, and closed in 1858. With only seven years of operation, it was impossible to obtain. The exact information from the factory is also quite understandable. The distillery’s rare surviving version of Glenavon was distilled in the distillery’s first year of operation and was essentially split into two releases. The first is the trial version, with a capacity of only 400ml. This version was sold at auction at Bonhams in 2006, when it was 148 years old and immediately became famous when it appeared at the time. The next and final release is the official factory version, the 700ml version. However, finding an official bottle like this is always a big challenge when there is so little information about it, one can only imagine the 700ml version through the published image of the company. 400ml version.
