Hennessy XXO Hors d’Age Cognac
A more mature evolution of Henessy’s XO line is the Hennessy XXO Hors d’Age Cognac. This is a top-of-the-line piece and a must-have for any collector.
Usually the age of the XXO series will be the 14+ year range, but because this is a Hors d’Age version, it should be older. The liqueur created by Hennessy’s seventh-generation master, Yann Fillioux, is said to be “more suitable than ever”, with rich flavors of orange, nutmeg, licorice and mint leaves. It can be said that this is a real masterpiece.
The advent of this aged bottle has created a certain amount of buzz throughout the region and provides the opportunity for master mixologists and distillers on the road to create a wine that has never been seen before.
