Hardy Perfection Air Cognac
Aged a minimum of 30 years in limousin oak, with some elements of eaux-de-vie dating back to pre-phylloxera 1870′s, the Hardy Perfection Air Cognac is an astounding release that honors the history of this legendary producer.
Thinking of his family’s future, the founder of the House of Hardy gathered several batches of eaux-de-vie to be saved for generations to come. This is an unblended Premier Cru Cognac, crafted with 100% French Colombard grapes sourced from the Grande Champagne region. It is truly a rare Cognac for those who demand the finest, once the last drop is gone, it can never be replicated.
Hardy states that this is “the world’s oldest known unblended Cognac”. The Essential Element series features magnificent Daum crystal decanters, representing different elements. The Air Cognac comes in a round decanter with blue sculptural details around the base and on the stopper. Each of the 300 decanters is numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
