Chivas Regal company was conceptualized by the Chivas brothers in 1801. In 1850, with their relentless efforts to explore and create, the Chivas brothers launched a product called “Blend Scotch Whiskey”. . This whiskey is complex, suave and sophisticated. It is matured for a minimum of 38 years and its name comes from the Stone of Destiny which was used to crown Scottish kings and queens old. After many battles this symbol of Scotland was taken to Westminster Abbey in London in 1296, the Stone of Destiny was used to crown the Queen Elizabeth II finally in 1996 was returned to Scotland and is in Edinburgh Castle.
The name Stone of Destiny is a tribute to the ancient stone used for centuries for British Royal coronation ceremonies to symbolise the approval for the incoming monarch.

Each porcelain vase is beautifully wrapped in an elegant red velvet box with a shiny black base. Inside the box is a curled piece of paper tied with leather strap. The piece of paper has the title “VIP Customer Registration” with the content inviting the owner of the wine bottle to specify the name, address, social position, date of purchase of this bottle, the country where you bought it, the number of bottle (located on the back label) and send it to Chivas Brothers. His name will be put into a leather-bound scrapbook and kept forever in Scotland. From time to time, Chivas selects from this list and sends special invitations to VIP guests to visit its distillery.
