Distilled on December 31, 1976 in barrel number 3. Interestingly, this whiskey begins its journey in the first bourbon made from American White Oak in 35 years. Like other whiskey in the legendary Dalmore Constellation collection, this 35-year-old whiskey was born to honor the historic events of the famous distillery, the first IBM laser and the establishment of Apple technology corporation.
Only 231 bottles of Dalmore Constellation 1976 were released globally, each bottle is bottled at a natural concentration of 51,1% ABV, with a volume of 700ml. Crafted in a hand-blown crystal, created by artisans of Baccarat, famous French crystal house. Each bottle is engraved with the year of distillation, age, number of barrels and decorated with a silver royal deer, a symbol of the Dalmore Distillery from 1867.

Dalmore 1976 has a vibrant amber color with a sparkling copper sheen, rich aroma with caramel cream, vanilla fudge and marzipan interspersed with pineapple, tangerine, lemon cheesecake and sandalwood. These flavors are eventually fused with praline, peach melba and ginger. Bramley apple rich flavor with peaches and cream, toffee, kiwifruit and macaroons. Next are pear, honey, freshly baked rye bread and marzipan.
