One of two classic 1981 releases in the Dalmore Constellation series, this 30-year-old version was distilled on November 24, 1981 in barrel 03. And for its life, the 1981 Dalmore 1981 Dalmore spent 25 years maturing in an American White Oak barrel, followed by 5 years in Oloroso sherry in Mat Jerusalem and became a unique single malt from the Scottish highland distillery.
Only 669 bottles of Dalmore Constellation 1981 were released globally, each bottle is bottled in 2012 at a natural concentration of 54,0% ABV, with a volume of 700ml. Crafted in a hand-blown crystal, created by artisans of Baccarat, famous French crystal house. Each bottle is engraved with the year of distillation, age, number of barrels and decorated with a silver royal deer, a symbol of the Dalmore Distillery from 1867.

Flavors caressing the taste buds with aromas of enameled mandarin, marzipan and chocolate mousse, the warmth of spicy ginger and nutmeg bring complexity and sophistication to every drop.
