Another classic 1981 releases in the Dalmore Constellation series, this 30-year-old version was distilled on November 24, 1981 in barrel 04. And for its life, the 1981 Dalmore 1981 Dalmore spent 25 years maturing in an American White Oak barrel, followed by 4 years in Oloroso sherry in Mat Jerusalem and became a unique single malt from the Scottish highland distillery.
Only 787 bottles of Dalmore Constellation 1981 were released globally, each bottle is bottled in 2012 at a natural concentration of 54,0% ABV, with a volume of 700ml. Crafted in a hand-blown crystal, created by artisans of Baccarat, famous French crystal house. Each bottle is engraved with the year of distillation, age, number of barrels and decorated with a silver royal deer, a symbol of the Dalmore Distillery from 1867.

The 1981 Dalmore Constellation is distilled and matured to the finest standards. The seductive liquid draped over an elegant amber yellow shirt with a rich scent. Featuring a warm, seductive aroma of pear laced with honey and milk chocolate, followed by notes of mashed almonds, citrus fruits, bergamot and warm berries. The gentle flavor awakens all senses with aromas of tropical fruit, cherry, plum, and tangerine giving way to freshly baked bread, peaches and caramel apricots. All create a unique taste like what fans expect.
