Dalmore Constellation 1983, this 28-year-old version was distilled on December 06, 1983 in barrel 2. And for its life , 1983 Dalmore spent 25 years storing in a sherry barrel in Mat Jerusalem, originating from the Sherry House of Gonzalez Byass, until 2009 when it was converted into a white American bourbon barrel. This unique maturation process offers a version with an elegant amber golden spirit and becomes the unique single malt version from the Scottish highland distillery.
Only 43 bottles of Dalmore Constellation 1983 were bottled in 2012 & released globally, each bottle is bottled at a natural concentration of 49,5% ABV, with a volume of 700ml. Crafted in a hand-blown crystal, created by artisans of Baccarat, famous French crystal house. Each bottle is engraved with the year of distillation, age, number of barrels and decorated with a silver royal deer, a symbol of the Dalmore Distillery from 1867.

1983 Dalmore in elegant amber gold. Aromas of fresh Java coffee, praline chocolate, créme brulee and crushed almonds combine with sweet aromas of enameled black cherries, patchouli oil and sweet raisins then make room for apples, cakes Freshly baked pasta, sweet banana and creamy caramel are what awakens the sense of smell when exposed to it. Flavors of orange, ripe apricot, maraschino cherry and pear with flavors of nutmeg, espresso, treacle and balsamic sauce followed by roasted chestnuts, banana cake and dates. All create a lively taste as expected by fans.
