And for its life, the 1990 Dalmore Constellation spent 19 years maturing in an American white oak barrel, followed by 2 years in the sherry Oloroso in Mat Jerusalem and becomes the unique single malt from the Scottish highland distillery.
Only 777 bottles of Dalmore Constellation 1990 were released globally in 2012, each bottle is bottled at a natural concentration of 56,5% ABV, with a volume of 700ml. Crafted in a hand-blown crystal, created by artisans of Baccarat, famous French crystal house. Each bottle is engraved with the year of distillation, age, number of barrels and decorated with a silver royal deer, a symbol of the Dalmore Distillery from 1867. Each bottle of wine is as unique as its soul.
- Rich taste.
The 1990 Dalmore Constellation is distilled and matured to the finest standards. Dalmore 1990 has the color of a field of sunny barley. The aromas of bergamot, gooseberry, white flax and pear pear are the flavors of olfactory awakening. Scents of tarte tatin apple, vanilla peel, peach syrup and sandalwood followed by grapes, oak, ginger and suzette suzette. Sweet flavors of mango, panna cotta, glace cherry and banana. Hints of muesli, lemon cake and tropical fruit salad, followed by a final aftertaste of Victorian plum, nectarine, ginger and walnut spice.
