It was purchased from the current owner in 1977 from believed to be the first Hong Kong wine auction organized by Justerini and Brook Ltd.

Bottle applied with a circular wax seal embossed with “N” and Crown, lightly cracked and tattered. It can be said that the appearance of this 211 year old bottle strongly hits the subconscious, creating an impression of its age.
