Hennessy Paradis
Hennessy Paradis was first released in 1979 by Maurice Fillioux. He used the finest eaux-de-vies kept by his grandfather to make this wine. Today, Yann Fillioux, the 7th generation of master bartenders for the Hennessy family, inherits these “eaux-devies” to continue the work of the Fillioux family. The continuity of the family line ensures the uniformity and uniqueness of Cognac products, especially Paradis.
Hennessy Paradis is one of Hennessy’s premium Cognac products. The wine is named after a traditional Cognac term. The term “Paradis” refers to a special stash of Cognac producers, where the oldest, most prized Cognacs are kept. It was a cellar filled with old, dusty oak barrels. Henessy Paradis’ wines are crafted from over 100 fine eaux-de-vies from the best wine growing regions of Cognac. They are rigorously selected and aged in the best conditions to produce a great Cognac.
