0086. MACALLAN REPLICA 1851
Macallan 1851 is demonstrated the great distillation at that time, when the whisky distillery began mixing different types of casks to produce whiskeys of different styles.
Macallan 1851 is bottled at 41.3% concentration and 70cl volume. This rare whiskey has deep amber color, unique aroma and balance of fresh fruit, vanilla, wood and a slight bit of ginger and cloves. Sweet taste of fruit, wood and malt extend to the finish.
This age-old whiskey is represented in a glass bottle, which had crafted ancient by craftsmanship, surface of glass had filled with small bubbles. There were 2 versions with different styles of bottling and labeling. One is the first version with small labels on the bottleneck and the ribbon with the year number of distillery. The second version was later produced with a more modern bottle design with the new logo of The Macallan.
This is one of the oldest wines which produced by The Macallan. No more bottles of this period are released.
