MACALLAN 1997 – 2017 EXCEPTIONAL SINGLE CASK NO.1

Speyside single malt giant, Macallan has launched its Exceptional Single Cask range – a series of seven whiskies matured for between 12 and 22 years.

The cask strength whiskies were drawn from seven ex-Sherry casks, filled between 1995 and 2004 and bottled without artificial colouring. As the price suggests, this is by far the most collectable in the series. From this beautiful, ruby-red coloured Macallan, expect aromas and flavours of summer fruits and blackcurrants, polished oak, delicate nutmeg and wood spice.
