DALMORE CONSTELLATION 1979 CASK 594
The Dalmore Constellation Collection the first time collected full range of colors from 1964 to 1992. Created by distillery master Richard Paterson, the collection icluding highly sought whiskey by collectors around the world. The 1979 Dalmore Constellation cask 594 is one of the more remarkable, unique limited editions.

One of two classic 1979 releases in the Dalmore Constellation series, this 33-year-old version was distilled on January 27, 1979 in barrel 594. And for its life, the 1979 Dalmore was brewed in an old sherry barrel, a type of European Oak, Quercus Alba Sherry Butt.
Only 199 bottles of Dalmore Constellation 1979 were bottled in 2012 & released globally, each bottle is bottled at a natural concentration of 48,5% ABV, with a volume of 700ml. Crafted in a hand-blown crystal, created by artisans of Baccarat, famous French crystal house. Each bottle is engraved with the year of distillation, age, number of barrels and decorated with a silver royal deer, a symbol of the Dalmore Distillery from 1867.

The 1979 Dalmore Constellation spends itst life in an old cask with natural boldness and an elegant sparkling honey yellow that indulges in savoring. Aromas of honey, peach, nectarine and vanilla ice cream. Followed by notes of fresh apple, pear, apricot, and lemongrass. Taste of pineapple, tropical fruit salad and caramel mousse with slices of lemon cake, frangipane, rose syrup and macaroons. Finally a Bramley apple with peaches and cream, sherbet spices and kiwifruit all make the luxurious 33-year-old drink that stimulates the taste buds.
