0127. MACALLAN 1928 (50 YEAR OLD)

The Macallan (50-year-old) was brewed from three barrels that were distilled from 1926, 1928. It was bottled in 1983. In fact, the age of the whiskey (55 years) is more bigger than the age on the bottle label (50 years). It is bottled at 38.6% natural concentration barrel. It ‘s just only 500 bottles were produced in the worldwide.

This rare whiskey is displayed in the wooden box, which has the leather straps.Inside the box was included the letter which was signed by Mr. Allan G. Schiach – The President of Macallan. Mr.Allan said “At the produced time in 1983, Macallan’s 1928 is the longest and rarest whiskey that Macallan introduced to everybody”.

This is a special whiskey that were brewed from one of the best barrels of the Macallan distillery for more than a half century.
